Brand Security & Anti-Counterfeit Hub

Protect Your Sound. Protect Your Investment. At NPTCL, we engineer high-performance audio hardware built for professional creators. Because our gear is in high demand, counterfeiters sometimes attempt to sell cheap, unsafe lookalikes. We are aggressively dedicated to keeping our community safe from fraudulent gear.

Why Avoid Counterfeit Mics?

Fake products don't just mimic our aesthetic; they compromise your creative production:

  • Substandard Audio: Counterfeit mics introduce heavy ground hiss, radio interference, and flat acoustics that ruin recordings.
  • Hardware Risks: Non-certified batteries and substandard components can overheat or fail, risking damage to your camera, smartphone, or laptop.
  • Zero Warranty Protection: Counterfeit items are entirely ineligible for our official 18-Month VIP Hardware Extension or technical support infrastructure.

About Our Verification & Takedown System

Did you find a suspicious deal online or receive a mic that feels counterfeit? Please let us know below. Our Brand Protection Team logs every single submission to trace illegal manufacturing pipelines and issue immediate legal takedown actions against unauthorized stores on Amazon, AliExpress, eBay, and independent scam networks.

Privacy Guarantee: Your submission is completely safe, secure, and encrypted. You can choose to leave your email for operational follow-ups or submit completely anonymously.

How reporting works

  1. 1. You send the report

Fill in the form below with the platform, the listing link or store address and anything you noticed. You receive a reference code by email straight away when you leave an address.

  2. 2. We review and verify

Our brand protection team checks the seller, the listing and any photos you shared, usually within two business days.

  3. 3. We file a takedown

Confirmed cases go to the marketplace or hosting provider as a formal takedown request, and we keep following up until the listing is removed.

  4. 4. We come back to you if needed

We only contact you again when extra detail would help the case, and we never ask for passwords or payment details.

What to include

  • The listing link, shop name or physical store address.
  • A screenshot of the listing, the seller profile or the advertised price.
  • Photos of the product, packaging and serial label if you already bought it.
  • Your order number or receipt when the purchase was made through a marketplace.
  • Anything that looked wrong: pricing, logo, audio quality, missing accessories.

Missing something? Send the report anyway — a link alone is already useful, and we can ask for the rest later.
